todo: compile a list of damage types #5

We need a list of damage types for mongoose Traveler second edition. Examples

Kinetic (bullets, knives) Heat (lasers; fire) Blast (is this heat?; nuke)

EDIT There are only two real types of damage, bullets and lasers/heat. Blast is actually something else entirely. Closing this as it has no meaning now.
