Describe the bug When a Layout is renamed, nothing is pulled

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a Scratch Org
Create a Layout on any object (let's say Account)
Pull everything
On the org, rename the Layout
Pull again --> nothing is pulled

Expected behavior The renamed Layout should be pulled. Locally, a new Layout file should be created and the old one deleted. Related metadata (profiles if the layout was assigned) should be pulled too.
