Describe the bug When a field part of a Compact Layout is deleted, related Compact Layouts are not pulled

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a Scratch Org
Create a field (like a text field on Account)
Create a Compact Layout on the same object and add the field to this Compact Layout
Pull everything
Delete the field from the org
Pull again

Expected behavior Both field and Compact Layout should be pulled, but only the field is pulled.
