administrator-only message after logging in #11

A user logs in to CodeFoundry, and if they are not a CodeFoundry administrator, i.e., :codefoundry_admin is set to false for their User account, they get redirected back to the login page after logging in, and see a notification at the top saying only an administrator can access the page.

this behavior is noticed on 192.168.20.33, but I can't reproduce this on my vagrant box. Gonna push up a change for it anyways.
