Do not add empty page after part if openany #48

先日と forum:2088#p12260 にも書いた openany の古いバグが残存している話です。

openany オプションを使用しているにもかかわらず Part のところで空ページが入ります。

\documentclass[openany]{jsbook}
\begin{document}
\part{A}
\chapter{I}
\part{B}
Look at the page numbers.
\end{document}

バグだと思われるなら直していいと思いますので、そのコードです。

直すの賛成という意見が一つあっただけで，だれも気づいていないのかもしれませんね。直しちゃいましょうか。

直すなら少しでも早いほうがよいと思うので、よろしければマージしてください。

マージありがとうございます。 #47 (okumacro) と #48 (jsclasses) をいれた新バージョンとして、今日 CTAN にリリースしておきます。
