Interaction with tm-transferlab plugin #41

Loading the markdown plugin menu breaks rendering of footers in the package https://github.com/appliedAI-Initiative/tm-transferlab

In particular, rendering of the footer "TransferLab" logo breaks (the usual texmacs question mark is displayed), despite the image being available.

This turned out to be a weird interaction with order of loading plugins. As a workaround, repeat the assign macro for the footer in the document.
