Filter shortcut list #1004

Since there are a lot of shortcuts, it would be every useful to be able to filter the list in the preferences to find the one we want to edit (in Preferences → Shortcuts). For example in Kile, if I write equa, this displays only commands whose name contains equa. In this way it's much faster to associate a key combination (or find an item, to avoid problem like in #1005 ).

you can directly press your key-combination, e.g ctrl+a and the shortcut is shown...
