【优化】toolbar和left-toolbar位置问题 #7

窗口尺寸过小或者父结点设置了overflow:hidden;的情况下，toolbar 和left-toolbar会被隐藏一部分。 1.是不是可以考虑将toolbar和left-toolbar的渲染挂载到body上(防止被overflow:hidden) 2.在1 的基础上，根据Selection的位置信息，增加窗口边缘的判定，调整位置信息。
