do not require pytest-runner #77

pytest-runner is deprecated and not needed.

python setup.py test is deprecated anyway so we can remove the entire logic from setup.py I guess

For some reason the PR did not close this issue automatically

I believe it only auto-closes when it gets merged into the default branch. That may be a setting which can be adjusted here in github
