This PR:

Provides a simpler way to import snapshots.
Explains what has to be done to prune your Lotus node, or simply re-import a snapshot if the Lotus node far away from the tip to wait for catch up.

I promised yesterday to a user to explain this, so better to leave it in the docs since is very useful for any Lotus node operator.
