Note that this PR does not change the name of the key (still Follower Key), nor does it change the Access control Role (Follow) (see {#sec:AccessControl}).

Depending on what we want to do, those changes could be added to the PR before merging.

Based on out-of-band discussion with @sanderpick, we're also going to update usage of Key naming and Access Control naming
