Move Change Avatar from Settings to "Click on Photo" #1255

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Change Avatar is a pretty common activity. Currently that setting is hiding in the Settings menu.

Describe the solution you'd like Move it to make your existing pic clickable to take you to the change avatar button instead of hiding in the settings.
