ffs: import manually created wallet address #617

It may be interesting to create a new API that assigns a wallet address created manually in the Lotus node to an FFS instance.

Sounds a bit of a stretch, since the user shouldn't be messing too much with the underlying Lotus node and wallet addresses should be managed by Powergate. But it may make sense anyway if someone wants to do it.
