IPNS not updating on external gateways #405

I'd say this could be just an IPNS thing, but this was working quite well up until recently (~more than a month back)

so wondering if something has changed in our setup (bootstrapping or other) or maybe something changed in their.

need to test other gateways too

this should be fixed. it appeared we had CPU consumption that was limiting the networking capabilities (including ipns updates). That should be fixed and working again, but please verify.
