adding roller ext for kniterate & sub-roller for shima

added extension for x-sub-roller-number + added extensions that existed in kausi's fork of this repo (kniterate specific x-roller-advance and x-add-roller-advance)

Hey, looks like this changes every line in the file (used CRLF -- "windows-type" -- line endings instead of LF). Perhaps change editor mode and update the branch? also might be worth starting any kniterate-roller-related changes on the edits branch which I think has the start of the kniterate roller support, though with some slightly odd naming. (Actually, might be the same edits you already had.)
