Deleting a list shouldn't delete all contained contacts.

I just ran across the behavior and while it is documented here, it's counter-intuitive.

I would expect either of the following outcomes when deleting a contact list that contains at least one contact:

• The list is deleted but the contacts are not.
• The API does not allow the list to be deleted until the contacts are removed.

I realize that would break backwards compatibility, I propose that you do this in a new version of the API.
