Add syntax support for CSS3 Transforms #28

I'm giving the old Textmate CSS Bundle some much needed love.

I was originally going to add the transform functions regex to the same definition that skew() sits under (line 535), but then decided to create a seperate key name for transform functions. Let me know which you'd prefer.

Resolves #19

Just a heads up, Github will automatically close issues mentioned in commit messages but they need to be in the form "Fixes #19", etc. Changed the commit message to this and merged to two commits.
