Add explicit installation instructions for Textmate 1. #8

Not sure if it is a Textmate 2 thing or not but there is no bundles tab on preferences so installing this bundle required cloning the repo into the bundles directory.

This should help people get it installed quickly.

This branch is specifically for 2.0 use so the above isn't applicable, there is a 1.x branch but we do not intend to keep updating it. The goal is to get people switched over to 2.0 to take advantage of the builtin updater.
