You will have to download the repo and name it swift.tmbundle if you want to to use I, but it isn't finished yet. in fact, is hasn't really started. I think only comments are highlighted. So, you can also go for a normal plain text if you want to edit swift in textmate.

Looks like it’s showing up in TextMate now. Excited to see it start working.
The Swift bundle is not appearing under the bundles tab in preferences in the latest version of Textmate 2 (Alpha 9547). How do I install otherwise?
