Looks like we also need to add Haiku, Cygwin, and maybe others. However, it doesn't look like https://github.com/apple/swift/pull/12955 is going to be merging imminently due to various outstanding comments?

It should land soonish I hope. In either case we are using it everywhere already in our branch. :)

Looks like this didn't end up happening, so closing for now – can revisit in the future if anything changes!
