Rearrange words & postpone camp date #2

This pull request makes two changes to the data.ts file:

  1. Rearranges the words in the file to make them easier to understand.
  2. Postpones the begin camp date from 2024-1-25 to 2024-02-23.

The first change is simply a matter of rearranging the words in the file to make them flow more smoothly. The second change is necessary because the camp has been postponed.

I believe that the changes in this pull request will make the project better. I have tested the changes thoroughly and I am confident that they are ready to be merged.
