Should use tests to check code after changes.

Pytest set up already available in https://github.com/texx00/sandypi/tree/flask-tests for python. Should put some other tests in place

If the frontend become complex may use tests also there

Missing react tests workflow (missing tests for the react part as well :expressionless:)
