Grbl doesn't like the checksum that is necessary in Marlin.
Added a new checkbox to the settings to enable/disable the checksum
Also, grbl requires special commands starting with $ without line number. Now the software is filtering out those commands to avoid troubles
Didn't tested it on real hw for the moment. Need some feedback
