cant send from kt1 address back to tz address #12

so i just recently bought more tezos sent them them to my tezbox wallet on my ledger nano, didnt realize i can bake using my tz acct so i sent them to my kt acct and when i tried to pick a delegate it said you can use the tz acct and to send the tezos back there,every time i try to send them back i get a uh-oh hardware device error message please help ,my tezos wallet app is opened and ive tried everything have no idea why its not working

Same problem here. I have only just come back to my Tezos after many months. They are in a KT address and this wallet will not let me transfer them to my tz wallet as it just keeps saying Uh-oh!

Any ideas what the problem is?

Got to telegram and join teztech support . I spoke to an admin named jovan and he helped me through it all

Thanks. I've since tried other wallets and I think the issue that I don't have funds in my main tz account. I think it's daft the fee can't be taken out of the transfer. So now i'm going to have to transfer some ETH to an exchange, to get more XTZ to transfer to my wallet all just so I can move my XTZ from the delegation wallet 🤷‍♂️

I can’t remember exactly what it was again but the telegram group helped me through it no problem

I think that sounds right I needed to transfer tezos from my tz acct to reveal it I think was the term he used

Go to telegram and join teztech support an admin named jovan smith helped me through and honestly I can’t exactly remember what I did again but he was awesome with helping me
