Cant withdraw from tezbox #50

when i trying to send XTZ it fails and shows a "operation failed - balance too low" any advise?

I'm having the same issue uh e please help. I'm also having an issue due to my second factor berifacation. I don't have the phone anymore that had that second verifacation that I need to transfer the funds. Please advise
