Cannot create new account #52

Just downloaded desktop tezbox wallet. I have tez in the wallet but it won't allow me to add an account. Says there's no funds available. Please advise?

I've searched and searched for a resolution and sent emails. I hope someone can help me.

Please ensure support emails are sent to info@teztech.io - I don't think we've received anything from you? For up to date announcements, please follow us on Twitter - we reported the above issue earlier this month (https://twitter.com/TezBox_Wallet/status/1134757705199935488) and posted an update recently regarding when a fix will be available (https://twitter.com/TezBox_Wallet/status/1142391128068505600)

From an old Aussie to a friendly Kiwi, I get mail undeliverable message sending to info@teztech.io. I still can't create a Kt account in my Tezbox web wallet and have now missed out on the Tezos free Nano S offer. Please advise when the web wallet will work. Kind regards

You don't need to create a KT to get the free nano S. I believe the offer has been extended.

Hi Stephen,

I would like first to thank you for your splendid work on behalf of the Tezos project. Producing the wallet and the chrome extensions must have been labours of love and maintaining them a continuing trial.

I can’t apply from my donation addresses, because I am one of the enthusiastic but incompetent dumboes who lost his passwords. If you know of a way that I can apply without my password, I would love to hear it. After seeing how long it would take to crack even an eight character password using tz-brute-master with my rig ie about 1300 years, I have contacted a password cracking specialist team in the US, but so far have heard back from them. I may but a GPU to add to my system and see if I can speed things up in the meantime.

I have bought some more Tezzies and want to delegate them, for which I need a Kt account apparently. Is there any forecast for when the web wallet will work?
