Start call on speaker #6

Description of functionality:
On thing I noted right away is that it won't notice the sensor until the call 
is connected.
So if you dial and you don't have the sensor covered, it won't go into speaker.
Dial > call connect > open sensor = no speaker until you close the sensor and 
open it again.
Dial > call connect > closed sensor > open sensor = speark phone

Implementation idea:
If you have an idea how this can be implemented, tell me here ;-)
