Restructure SimpleMDE and Showdown js plugin libraries #10

Both libraries have been included in plugin by dumping their dist. .js files. Im sure there's a more legitimate "dependency" based way of including them in the plugin packaging or tool chain so that they're updated when the source updates, gets proper attribution etc.

Done // included as proper pkg dependancy. Dist files gulp copy to /lib/easymde in both server and plugins.
