We want to be able to have a list, or changes TO the list publishable to various sources.
If each List is an ActivityPub endpoint that's one thing, but maybe we want updates to a list to publish elsewhere.
List output to local static files and rss. feeds will always remain. But we want to extend this so that our lists can go elsewhere
