Markdown -> HTML render is incomplete (strikethrough doesn't render) #94

The markdown 2 html render library chosen doesn't render complete markdown. For example, noticed that strikethrough comes out as its markdown characters:

\~\~strikethrough\~\~ instead of strikethrough
