This PR resolves the issue . The following steps were performed:

• Analysis: giganode.io has closed down and test networks should use ghostnet.

• Solution:

• Updated all uses of giganode to rather use tzstats

• Updated current testnet to ghostnet.

• Performed tests: Did dry runs of TRD. Should all run

• Check list:
