Some comments :

• Any blockchain is focused on security, that's the purpose of a blockchain. So "security focused" isn't an argument imo.
• Talk about POS and it's impact on environment vs POW
• Talk about the projects built on Tezos
• Talk about the past and future upgrades. This is why Tezos is so different from other chains.
• Add a link to the governance system explorer (tezos agora or tz stats)
• Present Tezos updates on an interactive timeline
• Delete the 3 ugly icons
• Work on content, tezos vision + mission + branding + tezos mood board
• Talk about Tezos growth of developpers and contract calls
• Talk about the different languages in which you can code on Tezos (python with smartpy, etc...) to make people understand they don't have to learn Michelson (that's a barrier to entry for many eth devs)
• Include more graphical elements and less text
• Rebranding Tezos could make it more appealing
• Include key metrics on the first page like a Tezos Metrics section
• Delete job offers from the first page of the site. Put this in a job section.

Honestly I would rather start from scratch than using the existing version which is really old school. Look at other crypto website so see the difference !

Other things that I've seen on better sites:

Use big numbers :

• For example an average transaction fee on Tezos : this is so cheap = selling point !
• For example an average minting fee on Tezos : this is a selling point as well ! Tezos is the blockchain for NFT's !
• Number of Dapps, ecosystem growing fast. Include proofs, charts.
• Value in usd$ tokenised on the Blockchain. Talk about tezos as the blockchain for STO.
• Ecological footprint of 1 transaction
• Link to bootstrap projects like taquito react app (really easy to use, but so hard to find in the first place) !

Get inspiration from nice looking website like:
https://cosmos.network/ => this one could have more animations but the design and the message is clear. https://solana.com/ => this one is more dynamic, not perfect either

All developers aren't good designers. Web design is a hard job even for a good developper. Work with a web designer !
