Redmine 5.0.0 support #36

Thanks for the great plugin!

Are there any plans for supporting Redmine >= 5.0.0? There has been a large amount of changes, first of all the use of Rails 6.1 with Zeitwerk autoloader. https://www.redmine.org/news/135

Since - I guess - we are stuck on Redmine 4 internally at the moment, porting the plugin is not high priority for me. If there maybe is a way to make it work for both Redmine 4 and 5, I'd by happy to accept a PR that makes that happen. I'd be available to give pointers along the way if any roadblocks should come up.
