Add an option to remove an associated MR #5

Thanks for developing this plugin! It's very useful!

It would be nice to have an option to remove an associated MR from an issue. This can be useful if MR author used a wrong issue id in MR description.

Changing the MR description should remove the association. Maybe there's a bug?
