The newest update to dom_oilcanyon added a gap in the clipbrushes here, which allows you to go out of bounds and also build there:
Theres also another issue with the blu-side building on point A, where these wooden beams on the walls arent clipped off letting you stand ontop of them and kill unsuspecting players:
