Seemingly no way to mount particle manifest from live TF2: Missing particles in many maps for live TF2. #362

TF2C provides an easy way to mount live TF2 assets in the gameinfo.txt! This does bring over the .pcf files but leaves behind the necessary to work particle manifest file because that would obviously break the TF2C particles, but in return the live TF2 particles won't work.

As someone who runs a TF2C deathrun server this is a huge problem, as many deathrun maps use particles for traps, obstacles, teleporters and indicators. My first option when I encounter this is to manually replace the particle with another similar one that is in TF2C with a plugin, but this is annoying. The next option is to just ignore it if the particle isn't important at all, but if it is important and there's no close replacement, then the map is out of the running and I can't add it!

A solution to this problem would be to add all of the live TF2 particles excluding unusuals. The main culprits tend to be halloween particles (I need the Monoculus portal particle so badly!) but I've encountered some oddities like "burning_torch" being missing!

Apologies if this is actually possible, I asked around but got no response so I went ahead and posted this. Though a tricky solution to mount particles as a player wouldn't suffice, because I want players on my server to be easily able to do this like they can mount the rest of the live TF2 assets.
