TF2classic hammer configuration resets #423

I configured hammer++ for tf2c only to some weeks later find it completely gone, like completely resets the configuration and have to re config it again. this is the 4th time it happens, for a period of time it stopped now its doing it again. aaaaa

dosent really seem like an issue related with tf2c itself, at least not something that could be fixed by changing something in tf2c
