Outlines flicker around the civilians' eyes #433

I noticed it on vip_mineside that a civilian's outline gets around his eyes and mainly on his eyelids and flickers as he moves.

I was too lazy to take a screenshot or record it, so I used a screenshot from TF2C's Discord by d__sk. Half_Life_Source_Screenshot_2024 07 24_-_19 11 25 23

It may be on certian maps. Just played harbor and civillian didnt have this problem.
