Make a new V5 PCB design.
No longer use 5v rail from pololu for everything. Pololu goes into Arduino VIN only.
Arduino 5v out supplies all 5v objects (button, MAX232).
Betz board 5vin is no longer used, it must be disconnected.
Update description of switch position on silkscreen part of board.
Arduino 3v pin supplies voltage to Betz board in three places: -- 3v3 (VDD_IO) -- ENA (VREG_ENA) -- BATT
Remove the reset line implementation, no longer needed.

Look for other possible changes.

Update:

(Ran into problem where in some cases the MAX232 didn't get enough voltage coming off the Arduino 5v pin).

I have completed a Rev 5 design including the 3v changes and the RS-232 crossover jumpers.
