Increase motion sensitivity. #33

I'd turned down the motion sensitivity a bit (from 90 to 75 if I recall correctly), but I found that a raccoon visit on the afternoon of 2019-05-18 did not trigger the motion flag. Bring the sensitivity back up a bit so that such things can be caught.

Reset to 82, let's see how that does.

To do: Add to the "Notes" file (now checked into the source code) all of the current camera and Synology settings such as camera make and model, resolution, bit rate, motion sensitivity settings, etc.
