Update text about DVR "seek back 4 hours" #43

YouTube seems to have updated their DVR feature. I see on the advanced settings screen that users are supposed to be able to seek back up to 12 hours in the stream now. So the text in the boilerplate message about using the DVR should be updated.

I still want to bounce the stream midday. Decide whether the text will say that or not.
