Check synology logs on 2019-07-07 #46

The video stream was split up several times, starting at around 4:47pm on 2019-07-07. Including one segment which lasted only about a minute before the stream shut down for the night. Check the Synology logs to see what the reasons for the split segments were.

Network down at 3:58 pm and there was a bounce. VideoIngestionFasterThanRealtime and bounce at 4:39 pm. Network down and bounce at 4:47 pm. Network down on bounce 6:09 pm.... Etc. Basically, yeah, the network was messed up.
