Investigate problem with video for first half of day 2019-07-30 #48

The video for the first half of the day on 2019-07-30 has a problem. The video is super-fast-forwardy for pretty much the entire run. Each frame skips ahead several seconds and hours go by in moments.

To do: Look at logs in Synology to see if anything shows as wrong in the logs.

No errors at all are shown in the log for 2019-07-30 in that portion of the day. The entire day shows no network errors and the log is clean. There is one issue downloading the latest version of YouTube-DL but that doesn't occur until the evening, and even so it would be unrelated to the video stream.

So, not sure what caused this issue. Can only close the issues as "cannot reproduce".
