Investigate periods of frequent video drops on channel #50

In recent days, there have been periods where the video stream keeps resetting frequently. Look at the logs to see what's going on.

Torrey also reported internet troubles the last few days, so this could just be bad Comcast.

Timestamps to investigate (these are the video timestamps of all "short" videos for the last few days):

There were also some sections of bad/choppy/fast video on 2019-08-16 during some of the midday around the 11am hour. Doesn't look like the code picked up on it since the video stream didn't get dropped. Check those in the log too.

All instances of the split stream were due to the following issues seen in the log:

My experience was that over the last several days, the Comcast connection has sucked and been going down and up again a lot. If this continues, I will need to get some solid evidence and contact Comcast about it.

The issue of the bad/choppy video on the morning 2019-08-16 is weird. There were no errors in the log during that time, and the network was working normally. The video worked fine all morning and did its midday "split-for-length" without showing any errors. My guess is that YouTube API didn't report any problems in that case.
