Reolink camera does not deliver 1080 lines when in 1080p mode.

The Reolink RLC-420 camera I'm using, when configured for 1080p mode, does not deliver the full 1080 lines to YouTube. It's a few lines short.

Result: YouTube "stream health" is continuously in the "Yellow" zone with a "CHECK RESOLUTION" message.

To do:

• Determine if the problem is in the Reolink camera itself, or if the problem is in the Synology.
• Email the tech support of the offending party.
• Optional: Find out if YouTube channel can have the "CHECK RESOLUTION" safety message disabled.

Other notes (obtained from another bug thread):

• The video sharpness and framing of the final YouTube stream (either live video or archives) is not discernibly different, regardless of whether it is set to 1296p or 1080p at either the Reolink camera settings or the Synology IP Camera settings. YouTube dumbs it down to 1080p in all cases, and it looks the same either way.
• Once upon a time, I seem to recall there was a way for YouTube to at least have the video archive be saved at 1296p, but now that's not happening any more, so YouTube is now 1080p, period. Not sure if that's because YouTube changed or if I'm missing a trick somewhere.
• Setting the camera to 1296p takes care of the missing scan lines, but since the camera seems to get itself reset to 1080p so often anyway, perhaps it's not worth my time to try to fix this.

To do:

• See if there is a way to set Synology settings and camera settings to 1296 in a way that they "stick" without resetting themselves.
• See if that causes any bandwidth or bounce problems.

Tried 1296p but it didn't make the "Check Resolution" warning on YouTube go away. Also the stream was iffy, having start/stop (VideoIngestionFasterThanRealtime) problems. Went back to 1080p.

Closing this issue because the Reolink camera failed, and now I'm looking for another camera.
