Add Unicode operators #8

Fixes #1.

On second thought, these 60 lines aren't a harmless addition. If someone actually used these operators, that would be bad for the perception of Flow. Flow is about simplicity and understandability. Turning Haskell into APL isn't going to do anyone any favors.
