Stamina issue with respawn #37

Describe the bug Stamina being re-enabled upon respawn. Seems to be very specific and not an over-arching bug.

To Reproduce

  1. Load into any tfc mission
  2. Die and respawn
  3. Stamina disabled

Expected behavior Upon respawn, player will have stamina re-enabled.
