CBA removePerFrameHandler error spam #44

Describe the bug A mod or script has not been brought up to date with the latest CBA update and is causing spamming in the RPT.

To Reproduce Join the server.

Expected behavior Should not have RPT spam.

Error not present on Lib

Can not recreate on training server
