Unset variables remain problematic since bsh-2.0b6 #18

The issue has been discussed here, but it is likely to require further attention. There is at least one case in which we have to check for both null and void, even after the release of scripting-beanshell v0.3.1. This probably relates to scijava/scripting-beanshell#2.

The affected script is now a Java plugin, so closing this for the interim.
