Documentation falling behind #19

http://imagej.net/BAR is getting awfully outdated: e.g., it is not mentioned anywhere that BAR requires Fiji to be subscribed to the Java 8 update site, or that non-Fiji installations are not supported

Done. Hopefully we'll be able to load markdown files from the jar file (#17), for offline documentation and this will be less of an issue.
